We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. After 30 days, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. Our customer service team will review the issue and assist you with a suitable solution.
Yes. All of our lamps are designed to meet Canada electrical standards and are supplied with the appropriate Canada plug or fittings, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
